Kristy
Welcome to Evoke Fitness – great to meet you! I have spent my entire life being active and get to spend my career doing what I love! I began coaching various sports including Gymnastics at 14 and have expanded my knowledge base with certifications as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Physiotherapy Assistant. I’m very passionate about supporting others in leading a healthy lifestyle and love approaching this from an all encompassing perspective including healthy eating, exercise, Yoga and movement of all kinds. I enjoy leading individuals as well as whole families in their fitness journeys and watching them thrive as they reach their goals. I’m especially passionate about training women in their journeys through Motherhood. I love supporting women in their fitness during their pregnancies, leading labour inducing workouts, right through the recovery progress after birth. I’m always impressed by the determined Mama Bear! I’m also experienced in training individuals in our Fit for Fire Program and have successfully supported many candidates in passing the CPAT and FPAT tests for Firefighting. I’m so energized by the success stories of our clients and love watching the incredible Evoke Fitness Team get them to their goals everyday!
Patty
Patty’s passion for fitness began as a runner. A former Personally Fit client, and a heathier lifestyle brought her to the team. Today as a graduate of The Sports Performance Institute, Registered Nursing Program, Core Conditioning Specialist and Basic Nutrition; this gives Patty a great blend and solid foundation to support her passion in health and fitness. Although she takes pride in motivating all my clients to achieve their goals and a healthier lifestyle; she has found a special niche working the aging population in a group fitness and personal training setting. Don’t let that stray you from her Bootcamp Classes bothindoor and outdoor…..She is known for her killer EMOM’s, AMRAP’s and Burpee anything. Patty has run 7 Marathon’s including the Boston Marathon. Consistency is the key to change...She looks forward to working with you and your peers, friends or family to make our community a healthier, active place!

Becoming a Personal Trainer was a perfect fit for me from day one as I have always
had a passion for nutrition, fitness, and living an active healthy lifestyle. Having over 15
years of experience in our community as a Canfitpro Certified Personal Trainer and
Physiotherapy Assistant, I have acquired a vast library of training knowledge to help our
clients reach their health and fitness goals.

● BOSU Training
● Active Aging Fitness Specialist/Certified
Ultimately, guiding clients through their fitness journey and seeing them reach their

Josh
In addition to being a certified personal trainer Josh is also certified in myo-massage and reflexology, and he is registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. Through continuing education Josh has attained certification as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, he’s a specialist in joint mobilization and low back pain, and is currently studying Integrated Myofascial Release and Muscle Energy Technique (IMM) through the Ontario School of Osteopathy. At his next workshop he will complete his Clinical Rehabilitative Massage Specialty Assessment Based Certificate.
Josh takes great pride in finding solutions for people living with pain and helping them to find exercises that will relieve that pain and improve their performance. He believes in developing strong relationships with his clients to better understand their needs and potential triggers. His passion is in helping clients with previous injuries to overcome physical and mental obstacles on their way to pain and limit free living.
Outside of the gym Josh excels at long distance running, having been sponsored by New Balance on an amateur level for 4 years, he also likes to go fishing for Musky and Northern Pike, he plays guitar, and loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and two little girls.

Beth
Beth Martin is a fitness and health enthusiast. Fitness and wellness has become her life’s passion. Helping other people like you live your best life has been her journey for the last 35 years. Beth has 3 grown children and a dog, named Stanley.

Jess
Exercise and healthy eating has been a priority for Jess since Highschool. She began teaching when she was 18 years old and found a true passion for fitness. Shortly afterward, she started teaching at a small gym in Wingham. She received her certificates through Can-Fit-Pro as a Fitness Instructor and Kickboxing Bootcamp Instructor. Jess has been a trainer and instructor with Evoke (formerly Personally Fit) since 2013. Jess LOVES what she does and seeing goals achieved is what makes her work harder. She enjoys trying new things and pushing everyone out of there comfort zone with each workout.*“Motivation is an external, temporary high that pushes you forward. Inspiration is a sustainable glow, which pulls you forward.” Each one of her clients pushes her every class and every training session.
Emily
Growing up in a household that prioritized health and fitness, Emily has always
had a passion for both athletics and nutrition. She played a variety of sports but mainly
focused on hockey, soccer, and track & field. Running track and cross country were a
significant part of her high school years as she ran competitively at both the provincial
and national levels.
Emily has recently graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Science
where she completed an Honours Specialization in Nutrition & Dietetics. During her years at Western, she also spent time training with the Western Triathlon Club.

Jeff
Jeff graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College with a diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion as well as graduating from University of Ontario Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Kinesiology. After which he become a Registered Kinesiologist, ACSM-CPT and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He went on to spend 5 years training youth and professional hockey players through both in season and off-season strength and athletic development programs. Since then, Jeff has spent the last 7 years training a wide variety of clients through weight loss, strength development, injury rehabilitation and various fitness goals. Spending the last 7 years in management positions hiring and developing trainers Jeff believes education of clients is the foundation of success and strives to share his knowledge with everyone he trains.
Jeff collaborates with other practitioners to create personalized multidisciplinary plans along with his own science-based approach to training. Jeff designs programs to be enjoyable for clients and he loves to share his passion for health and fitness and create life long positive change.
